VT-SOFT Kft was founded in 1989 in Hungary. The company currently employs over 140 people and its annual turnover is 1.8 billion HUF (7,2 mln EUR). Net income in 2007 reached over 220 million HUF.

The main areas of VT-Soft’s operation include:

• HR managements systems
  
  One of the first areas where VT-Soft marked its presence was the software development for the administration of social insurance. As a results of this, the software package “OPUS” was created. With time, the system was adapted to the administration of salaries and employment, as well as to other areas of HR management (the systems cafeteria and work time management ect.). Apart from further software development, the company planning prepares a range of services with relation to the offered products, including consulting services, support of implementation, training and maintenance.
  
  
• HR outsourcing
  
  In 2002, VT-SOFT started offering HR outsourcing services. Since the fist contract, the company has gained over 60 new corporate customers and expanded the scope of its activity from regional to national. This made VT-SOFT one of the largest independent HR outsourcing providers in Hungary.
  
  VT-SOFTS’s outsourcing services are tailored to customers’ individual needs. The company also supports social security insurances, remuneration and employment administration. It also offers consulting services with regard to HRM strategies.

VT-SOFT holds the ISO-9001:2000 and ISO/IEC 27001:2005 sertificates. In addition, the company has been granted the highest partner status by the Microsoft corporation: “Microsoft Gold Certified Partner”. It also holds the “Business Solutions” as well as the “ISV/Software Solutions” competencies.
