UNIT4 TETA’s development strategy involves the creating of a capital group which will ensure stable company growth. UNIT4 TETA’s ultimate objective is to acquire controlling share package in Polish and international companies primarily form the IT industry.

The development strategy based on acquisition assumes two equivalent directions of expansion:

• Polish companies, suppliers of software which broadens the functionality of UNIT4 TETA’s IT solutions;
• International companies, suppliers of ERP solutions for medsized companies.
