Jerzy Krawczyk
President of the Board


In 1997 he graduated from the Faculty of Electronics at the Wrocław University of Technology and completed postgraduate studies in Financial Management at the Wrocław University of Economics. In 1999 he received his MBA degree at the Polish Open University – the faculty of Strategic Management. From 2000 to 2001 he completed a postgraduate tax course at the Poznań School of Banking. He started his career as a finance and controlling manager in JTT Computer S.A. in Wrocław. In 1998 he became the financial director and a year later he began his work as a financial vice president of that company. He has been the President of the Board of TETA S.A. since 2002.



Robert Gołuński
Vice-President of the Board for Sales


Graduated form the Wrocław University of Economics. He has worked for TETA since 1995. His greatest successes are the launch of a wide range of new applications and the creation of a state-of-the-art Trading Department architecture with use of the CRM management model. During his work for TETA, the company income ten folded. He lives and works according to the principle that “initial failures should motivate rather than discourage”. He always tries to remember that his success is an result of the joint efforts of the team he has built. He is a keen fan of fishing, windsurfing and recently also of scuba diving.

 

 

Sławomir Piwko
Vice-President of the Board for Software Manufacturing 


In 1998 he graduated from the faculty of electronics at the Wrocław University of Technology. In 2000 he obtained a Master’s Degree at the Law and Administration Department of the University of Wroclaw. Currently, he is preparing a doctorial dissertation in management at the Management and Computer Science Department at the University of Economics in Wrocław. He has cooperated with TETA since 1998. He obtained his first professional experience as a consultant for HRM, financial and technical systems. In 2000, he become a director of the technical support team. A year latter, he was promoted to become the manager of the system development team. Since 2003, he has been the director of the Product Maintenance and Development Department. At present, he is a Vice-President of TETA with a special responsibility for software manufacturing. He is responsible for the processes of creation and maintenance of TETA’s software. In addition to computer science, he is passionately interested in the history of medieval Europe.
